Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping fees and timing
Spain..................€ 3.5 (Free shipping on orders over € 100)
Europe...............€ 12 (Free shipping on orders over € 150)
International......€ 25 - € 35 (Free shipping on orders over € 200)
Orders in Spain will be shipped either via Correos, Paack or Seur. (Delivery within 1 - 2 working days)
International orders are shipped either via B2C Europe or UPS (Delivery in 5 - 10 working days, depending on your country's postal system)
Please note that the days stated during checkout are working days. Weekends and national holidays do not count.
Except in the event of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or cases of force majeure, we will send you the products listed in the Confirmation of Dispatch in one (1) working day (for shipments inside Spain, excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), within a maximum of three (3) working days (for shipments inside European Union) or within a maximum of ten (10) working days (for shipments outside the European Union) following the date of the Confirmation of Order. The School Store (“TSS”) shall not be liable for any delay your order may suffer due to customs handling and/or attributable to the courier company.
TSS reserves the right to ship any order with a maximum of 3 days of delay, especially during sales period or big launches when the volume of orders are big.
A tracking number will be emailed after processing the order.

2.1.1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
Exercising your right to withdraw
If you are entering into this contract as a consumer and end-user, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without the need to provide any reasons, within a period of 14 calendar days from the moment that you or a named third party, other than the transporter, acquire physical possession of all the items in the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement.
Consequences of withdrawal
You must return the product to us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract.

Any products that are to be returned must be returned in the same conditions as they were received, with all their original packaging, instructions and any other accompanying documents, where applicable. The Customer shall be solely liable for any reduction in the value of the items that results from any handling that is not required in order to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the items.
After inspecting the item, we will notify you whether you are entitled to a refund for the amounts paid. Delivery costs shall only be refunded (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) when the right to withdraw is exercised within the legally permitted term and all the items making up the order in question are returned.
You shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the products acquired are personalised or are returned without their original package. The School Store does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns.
Refund amounts will be paid through the same means of payment used for the payment of the order within a maximum of 14 days following the date on which you inform us of your wish to withdraw. However, we may retain your refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided us with evidence of their return, whichever of these conditions is met first.
2.1. 2. Return of faulty products
We offer our customers the option to return faulty products within 14 days of purchase.
In cases in which you believe, at the time of the product’s delivery, that it does not comply with the conditions set out in the contract, you must inform us by email to email@example.com and we shall reply within a reasonable time as to whether or not you are entitled to a refund or a replacement product (as applicable). Your refund or replacement item, as applicable, shall be provided within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming your entitlement to a refund or replacement for the non-compliant product.
Any amounts paid for products that are returned as the result of a fault, where such a fault is found to exist, shall be refunded in full, including any delivery costs incurred in the delivery of the item and any costs incurred in returning the item to us. Refunds shall be made through the same means of payment used for the payment of the order.
All rights that apply under the legislation in force in relation to the defence of the consumer and end-user are reserved in all cases.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once the returned merchandise has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment.
2.2 INTERNATIONAL (all countries excluding Europe)
All international sales are final with no exceptions.
